Pasta Like a Pro
One of the first things we did when we decided to launch Grand Cru Gourmet is learn how to make homemade pasta. The reason? It intimidated the heck out of us, but we wanted to face our pasta fears. The result? Sooooo much easier to do when you have the right tools (and the right attitude). It turned out to be the most fun we’ve had in the kitchen in a long time.
