Whiskey Barrel Oak
Made from aged whiskey barrels and offers the traditional oak smoke flavor with notes of caramel, vanilla, nuts, autumnal spices, and honey. Makes a wonderful Smoked Old Fashioned and a perfect complement to whiskey, bourbon or scotch on the rocks.
Old Hickory
Aged hickory planks offer a sweet, yet strong bacon-flavour. The smoke can be pungent, but adds a nice, strong flavour to just about all meat cuts, especially with pork and ribs. Flavour pairs exceptionally well with Scotch and cocktails such as the Rob Roy, Rusty Nail, and the Godfather.
Nutcracker Sweet
Made from a cocktail of aged walnut, pecan wood planks and cinnamon. This fuel gives both a heavy smoke flavour and subtle soft caramel and nut overtones with a sweet after taste and aroma from the cinnamon. Pairs great with cocktails such as Hot Buttered Rum and makes a great Smoked Mulled Wine.
Bourbon Resurrection
A complex cocktail of aged oak with dried fruits and berries, spices, florals and teas. This medium smoke profile includes vanilla, caramel, honey and butterscotch. Fruit and floral flavors, such as apple, pear, dark fruit (figs, raisins, dates), citrus and rose. Spice flavors, including black pepper, tobacco leaf, nutmeg, clove and cinnamon.
Cherry Tempest
A cocktail overture of aged cherry wood and passion fruit. This light smoke profile features a sweet, mild flavour with notes of tropical passion fruit fanfare that goes great with virtually everything.
Peat Bog Fog
